If tangerine isn't your thing use your favorite citrus fruit and adjust the sugar if needed. It works like a dream and saves the step of separating eggs. Removing them from the pan wasn't the easiest, so you may want to opt for some pretty cupcake liners for easy removal.įor the tangerine curd I used my adaptation of Ina Garten's citrus curd method using whole eggs. I made these tartlets in my jumbo muffin tins without liners so you could see the beautiful layers in the photos. Spring is a great time for individual desserts: a little something sweet but portion controlled to help you exercise your will power knowing swimsuit weather is just around the corner. ![]()
